Professional Background

Mark Molique, Construction and ROC Complaint Attorney

Attorney Mark Molique practices commercial litigation with experience in construction litigation, real property litigation, and general business torts and contract-related disputes.

Mark Molique's construction litigation practice includes the representation of general contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, material and equipment suppliers. He represents these clients in matters involving private litigation and involving regulatory agencies such as the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC), the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), and the Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH).

Private litigation experience includes the representation and defense of businesses and consumers in breach of contract claims, express and implied warranty claims, and business torts such as fraud and negligence. While many clients initially find the firm through some connection to the construction industry, Mark also helps clients with traditional business matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, business formation, and employment law issues.

Mark has defended clients in federal and state court, the Arizona Court of Appeals and administrative proceedings.
